And we slow everything down enough that you can actually hear yourself. You leave with one assignment: sit with your WHY. Write it. Let it breathe.

We break them into the smallest possible steps. We sequence them in a way that builds momentum before complexity. You don't leave with a list of everything you should be doing. You leave with the next right thing — and the one after that. Built together. Owned by you.

TWSW Sales Page Shine (2)Finalization Call — Polish & Refine (30 minutes). Deb sends you a written draft of your Blueprint — your personalized dementia prevention plan, in writing, yours to keep. In this finalization, call, we review it together. Make revisions. Address the "yeah buts." And you leave with something you actually believe in.

A Note From Deb

I built The Blueprint because it's what I needed and couldn't find.

When I got my APOE4 result in 2021 and started trying to take action, there wasn't much out there. I found the apoe4.info community and quickly felt overwhelmed, defeated, and hopeless. As time went on, I was inundated with suggested (strict) protocols, trend-chasing influencers, and supplement recommendations that mostly made me feel like I was never doing enough.

The truth is, I lost three years of action because I didn't know what to do and didn't know where to turn.

Nobody helped me figure out what mattered most for me specifically. Nobody slowed me down. Nobody helped me find a why that was truly mine — beyond just the fear, or build a plan around my actual life instead of following someone else's protocol.

That's what we build together in The Blueprint.  

I carry two copies of the APOE4 gene. My mother had vascular dementia. This isn't my job. It's my life. I've also been a coach for over 13 years — which means I bring not just the science and the personal experience, but the deep expertise of knowing how change actually happens for real women in real lives.

And I bring all of that into every Blueprint I create.

No. The Blueprint is for anyone navigating elevated dementia risk — whether you know your genetic status or not. Family history, general concern, or a confirmed result — all are welcome.

That's entirely up to you. Some women take their Blueprint and run with it independently. Others choose to continue the work inside The Brain Trust — our monthly membership community. We'll have a natural conversation about what makes sense for you during your finalization call.
