FOR THE WOMAN CARRYING APOE4
The Whole Life Circle
You know your numbers. You've built a protocol. What no one gave you was a place to say the true thing out loud.
Once a month, two hours in a circle of women who get it — where you get to be all of yourself.
Join Us for the Next Women's Circle

The Conversation That Isn't Happening
There are good places to talk about APOE4 studies, protocols, the latest trial, and what your labs are doing. That information matters, and you've probably become very good at finding it.
But somewhere in all of that, there's a part of this that never comes up.
The pressure. The way it's quietly become the thing your days organize around. What it's done to your marriage. The loneliness of being in a room with people who love you and knowing they don't fully get it. The exhaustion of being the one who handles this.
That's the part of us with nowhere to go.
Until now.
There's a room for that part of this experience.
And That's What This Circle Is
Two hours, once a month, with women who already know what it's like to carry the burden of APOE4 — so you can say the true thing without explaining it first, or softening it, or making the case for why you feel the way you do. You can be honest. You can be scared. You can laugh harder than you have in a while, because some of it is genuinely funny and there's finally someone who gets the joke.
And nothing here asks you to put down the practical. Your labs, your supplements, your sleep, your food, the hundred small decisions you make before noon — that's important too, and this room respects it.
We just start somewhere else. With the whole of you. With the life alongside all of this, some of which got quietly set aside when APOE4 became the organizing fact of your days.
How It Actually Goes
I'll open with a short teaching to get us thinking — never a new protocol to add to your list. Then we move into small breakout groups, long enough to actually get somewhere with each other. Then back together to close.
Beyond that, we'll find our own shape over time. This is being built with you, not just for you.
One thing you should know going in: not every share is asking for help, and here we don't assume it is.
If you want input, you say so — that's the only signal we act on. If you don't, you said the true thing out loud, you were heard, and nobody jumps in to fix it.
All the practical stuff is welcome too. We just start with the woman, not the protocol.
If any of that landed—you’re exactly who
The Whole Life Circle was built for.
What We Talk About
Some of the topics we'll cover (different themes each month):
Loving Yourself Into It, Not Shaming Yourself Into It
Where vigilance has quietly turned into punishment, and why self-compassion is a prevention strategy rather than a consolation prize.
Same Gene, Different Weight
Some of us carry this as fear. Some as pressure. Some as a low hum we can't quite name. We share a thread, and no two of us hold it the same way — and yours doesn't have to look like hers to be real.
Why Does It Feel Like It's All On Me?
You were handed a number and, somehow, full responsibility for the outcome. Nobody names how heavy that is, or how lonely it gets when there's no way to know if any of it is working.
The One About Marriage
How this lands on a partnership. The partner who wants to fix it, the partner who avoids it, and the particular loneliness of carrying something your spouse can research but never quite feel.
Who Am I, Underneath the Risk?
If APOE4 weren't the loudest thing about you, what would be? Getting back a self that isn't organized entirely around managing this.
Whole Life Reserve
Cognitive reserve is what your brain banks against decline. Whole Life Reserve is the same idea, applied to the rest of you — depth, relationships, meaning, joy. What you're building, not only what you're preventing.
Every circle also holds space for whatever's actually on your mind that month — a symptom, a decision, a hard week. Ask, and the room will meet you there.
A Note From Deb
I built this circle because I know what it feels like to carry this alone — and I know what it feels like to finally not have to.
When I found the online APOE4 communities, I felt less alone. But I also found myself constantly comparing, constantly feeling behind, constantly absorbing the urgency of everyone else's protocols.
What I wanted was a space where the fear and the challenges had somewhere to go. Where someone understands why I go to bed at 9pm in blue light glasses while my family watches a movie and also understands why I sometimes indulge and don't always follow what I "should" do.
Where the science matters AND the human being navigating it matters even more. Where we could be honest about the hard days without drowning in them, celebrating wins and disappointments, and creating space for all of ourselves to show up.
So I built the space I couldn't find.
The Magic of Group
There's something that happens in a group that cannot happen alone. In a well-held group, we discover we're more similar than different. The fear we thought was uniquely ours turns out to be shared. The thing we were too ashamed to say out loud—someone else just said it. And suddenly it stops being shameful.
For the woman who stays quiet—there's profound healing in simply witnessing. You don't have to share to be changed. You just have to be present.
For the woman who generously fills the space—there is something equally powerful in learning to receive. In being held instead of always holding.
That is the particular gift of collective wisdom. It cannot be manufactured, it just arrives.
I'm a Brain Longevity Specialist with 13+ years of women's empowerment coaching — and, most relevant to you, I've been leading groups for over 10 years—and Zoom-based groups for five. I know how to create the safety that makes this possible. The kind of safety most of us have never experienced with other women. Where your authentic self is welcome—not the curated version you bring everywhere else.
This is where we find ourselves in each other. Where we grow not through pressure, but through presence.
And it’s what The Whole Life Circle is built around.
TOPIC: YOU ARE NOT ALONE
The opening circle. Less a topic, more a landing. Establish the norms (ask before advice, what's shared here stays here), let women say out loud, for the first time to people who get it, what this diagnosis actually feels like. The whole goal is proof-of-concept: this room is different from every other conversation you've had about this.
Two hours, live. A short teaching to open, small breakout groups with prompts to take you as deep or keep you as light as you need that day, and a closing circle to bring us back together.
Registration and payment through Acuity.

Questions?
The Brain Trust is for anyone navigating elevated dementia risk — APOE4 carriers, or women with a family history, or has been experiencing subjective cognitive changes. Basically, women who feel the urgency and want support doing something about it. However,
No. You never have to share, in the main room or in a breakout. Plenty of women spend their first circle listening, and something still shifts. What I do ask is that you're actually here with us — listening and present.
Then you don't register and skip it. There's no streak to keep and nothing to fall behind on. As long as you're on the email list, you'll get an email about the next one either way.
The beginning of the call, when I introduce the topic, will be recorded. But group shares or/and breakout groups will not be recorded. What's said here stays here. So, the only way to be in a circle is to be in it live.
The forums are valuable—but they can also be overwhelming, comparison-heavy, and protocol-focused. The Whole Life Circle is intentionally smaller, warmer, and led live over Zoom—which means real faces, real voices, real connection. Deb shows up on every call. The focus is on the whole person behavior change, self-compassion, sustainable action, and genuine human connection.
Bring it. Sleep, labs, a supplement question, a decision you're stuck on — say you'd like input and the room will meet you there. The one difference is that we start with the woman, not the protocol.
No. Most women in the circle haven't. Nothing is a prerequisite for this.
Come once. It's $15 and two hours, and you'll know by the end. That's the honest advantage of not being a membership — you don't have to be sure about anything to find out.
